EU (GfK) + US (NPD) Hardware Sales

Activision have posted total hardware sales for US and Europe through 2009 citing NPD & GfK as sources.

Calculating European sales by deducting US sales gives:

US (NPD):
Wii: 27.1m
360: 18.6m
PS3: 11.1m

EU (GfK):
Wii: 23.9m
360: 13.4m
PS3: 11.9m

However it's unclear exactly which countries are included in Europe, and whether Canada is included with US or not. Although Eastern Europe, Finland, and Norway can safely be exlcuded as GfK don't track hardware sales in these regions.
